I can't tell if https://twitter.com/lolitadoc, https://twitter.com/2c_galore, and https://twitter.com/honkimo are all the same person (2c=galore), or if they're just members of the same circle. The different accounts are explained on their website at http://honkimo.com/about/, but machine translation isn't helping any.

I was hoping someone who knows Korean would respond, but, with the help of Google Translate, gas_range_ui_yojeong_lolong (gas oven fairy lolong).
Checking whether 로롱 was a Korean name or a foreign borrowing (it's the latter, Indonesian) revealed that the same Twitter account was in Google's cache as 빙하의요정 로롱, or bingha ui yojeong lolong (glacier fairy lolong). This probably will change again.
e: Are you sure that's an artist, though? I just see them posting screenshots and retweeting other people's art.
