roriroripoopn is their twitter handle, but the name by their avatar on that account is still み実, so my vote is for み実. roriroripoopn could be their qualifier.

As far as I know, an artist's real name (when available) takes the most precedence.

Tsubura Hidetomo
Original work: Hayashi Hiroki and Tsukimura Ryoue

According to wikipedia Tsukimura Ryoue was the writer and Hayashi Hiroki was the director of the original ova.

The artist of that manga adaption is Tsubura Hidetomo.

I ask because I got pictures on which the artist teatime is named (on the...tag lists below the editing box) but the picture is already tagged with the other one.

Teatime is a visual novel company that someone tagged as an artist for some reason.

The four strip battle days pictures are gotou_junji, and most of the rest is just 3d game cg.

From their profile page I can only tell that they appear to go by shiren, but they don't appear to be any of the existing shirens we have tags for so I'm not sure what to use as a qualifier.
My Japanese is pretty weak but their self introduction doesn't appear to have any information about their name. I couldn't find any other websites, blogs, or twitter accounts for the artist. They don't appear to have part of a group and I can't find a Pixiv username for them.

I considered just using their Pixiv member ID as I've seen done with other artists, but I thought I should ask before I created an artist tag that's complicated and hard to memorize.

The pixiv usernames are still visible on the url for the feed page. So shiren_(utumu) should work.
