According to the artist's niconico community, "kairoushu".
I think it needs a qualifier because of this group.
kairoushu_(dones) (name + a part of pixivID), kairoushu_(oomori_nabe), kairoushu_(sr) (大盛り鍋 and "SR" are his/her old names) or kairou_shu (one of his/her old names was 灰狼, kairou)

There's several artists that come up with a search for chiri_*, including the well known chiri_(atlanta); and the artist currently at chiri actually goes by せんり (senri). Specifically, here's what they seem to use:
せんり - Pixiv display name, Twitter display name
snr405 - booth.pm name, Twitter username
chiri - Pixiv username
Maybe senri_(snr405) could be used instead?

Think the full name is "kujou kagetsu" or "kujou kazuki" (or kaduki depending on how you handle づ). The artist doesn't mention which it is though, as far as I can tell. It seems like they've been around long enough to already have an artist tag here, but I couldn't find one.

According to his pixiv profile and circle site profile page, the intended reading is insutanto. I think either of instant_(instantgum) and insutanto_(instantgum) will be fine.
