The artist nickname on pixiv is "pooru" in romanji, so that's straightforward...

But thanks to the alias forum #40255, it aliases to porurin (do-desho)

Usually we'd solve this with a qualifier, however no other useful distinguishing id can be found. No personal home page, twitter handle, circle membership etc. information is available from pixiv profile. Previously we'd grab the pixiv username (login id) from the raw URL of images but don't think that's possible anymore. There is the pixiv numerical member id (9497016) but I don't think there's precedent for using that; it's a meaningless string of digits anyway.

The porurin alias is pretty old so maybe that could be undone. Though granted, pooru would still be a bad, potentially ambiguous artist tag.

Any better ideas?

You can still find their login name: click the artist's "Feed" link and the login name appears in the url. Alternatively right click -> view image on the artist's avatar if they have one and it appears in the url.

But for this specific artist the login name doesn't help, since it's just "pooru" again.
