There were sample images in each wiki page but now there aren't. Can anyone explain why they remove this feature or is there any way to re-enable this feature? The reason I'm asking this is because I'm a little lazy to click on "Danbooru" again to search image of tags in wiki, while normally I could just click on a thumbnail in wiki to see any tag I'm interrested in directly.

They were removed from wiki/artist pages for performance reasons (topic #9127/p74).

It was what was causing the artist entries to failbooru all the time, like you and others complained about several times. We still don't know the proper way of fixing this, so we just removed the thumbnails entirely until someone figures it out.

At the top of a tag's wiki page you can just click "Posts (####)" to go straight to a search of that tag.
Honestly, I never found the small number of thumbnails all that useful anyway, if I was checking a wiki page it was usually to clarify the usage of that tag and I then I went straight to the tag search for a wider set of examples. Since it only gave thumbnails for the most recent uploads with that tag, frequently they weren't even good examples because someone tagged improperly and it hadn't been fixed yet.
That "Posts" link is very discreet. Perhaps the link on the big tag name header in each wiki page should also be set to point to the corresponding post search. Right now that link points back to the wiki page itself, and that doesn't seem very useful.

Apparently it did actually affect wiki pages too. Just more rarely. I guess it was rarer because wikis only had to display 4 thumbnails while artist entries had to display 10.

There used to be a huge "Posts (view all)" link that was more obvious than the tiny posts link. Since that was removed along with the thumbnails I can change the title link to point to the search, yes.

I'll make the pool title link to the search too while I'm at it.
A thought: how about linking to ordpool:8292 rather than pool:8292? IMO that would be more useful, at least for series pools.

Not in all cases. If you just want to search through a pool the order shouldn't matter usually. And since ordpool: queries are several times slower than regular pool: queries I don't think we should link to them by default. Users who want it can manually type the 'ord'.
