Also, "Any use that significantly damages our image, goes against public order and good morals" I cannot inteprete that as "It's prohibite to use Kaai yuki for any sexual content" and just more "You cannot use Kaai Yuki for things that are against the Laws"

Moral is vague but generally implies what's "right or wrong" and I think you could argue the use of Kaai Yuki for any sensual content is morally flawed.

Are you sure? this user https://x.com/moya4_Turkey/status/1888472924505743473 that looks that's from japan is saying that it just exists in english version, i'm not saying that you're wrong, but I think that the translations from japanese to english come with some issues.

That's not what that user is saying at all. They're saying that the song isn't breaking any Japanese laws regarding "public order and morals" and that foreigners shouldn't be using their own laws to judge other countries. They didn't say anything about the line about morals not existing in the Japanese guidelines.

If you read further in the replies, the only distinction noted is that the English version more clearly specifies sexual content. More than likely this song isn't actually explicit enough to violate any Japanese laws, but if the lyrics were more sexually explicit then the song might be a problem. That's not really something I'm qualified to speak on, and isn't my point anyway. The line about morals is there in both versions.

I believe the girl is nayuta, but I had a heck of time figuring out who that is, and I'm still not sure how to tag it.

The commentary says there was a real world meetup held to celebrate her birthday on 9/27. Her fans have their own name ("Nayufans") and mascot representation (the winged catball near her head), things I associate with vtubers. But no, no youtube or twitch links. Then I found this tumblr page for her 2023 birthday event:
    https://nayuta-2023-live.tumblr.com/

It appears to give a set list of 17 songs, most of which nayuta is credited as writing the words, music or both. The poster also implies that she is going to be singing herself.

So it seems like she's a singer-songwriter who borrows from the vtuber toolkit, in that she exclusively appears online as an illustrated anime girl persona. And she has a not-insignificant idol-like fanbase. And she has been doing this for 17 years (long before vtubers even existed).

    Her HP is at https://www.7uta.com/

This chain is odd cause it doesn't seem like the artist actually had any ill intentions. It seems like people are having a lot of opinions on them for something that was apparently the most requested thing he was given.

He could've easily just drawn the meme without knowing the full context. A lot of memes nowadays people will use without having the knowledge.

Now is it great he took it down once pointed out what the context was? Sounds good on him. But it doesn't sound good if people took it as him trying to smear the vtuber when he was doing something requested by someone else....

His post history makes it pretty clear he's a fan of hers so I doubt he had ill intention is all....

Sadly, feelings don't care for facts, and the artist angered a lot of people whose feelings weight more than common sense.

He knew what the context was, his replies make that very apparent. He didn't take it down because he learned what the context was, he did it because people were mad he depicted Nimi as a racist. It being a request doesn't absolve anything, either. It was literally, "Now draw her on a plane. "Sure." and then he specifically referenced this meme. He knew exactly what they were referencing.

I find it very telling certain people here are more interested in criticizing Vtuber fans than admitting that maybe it's fair that fans don't like it when their perfectly innocent cinnamon roll of an oshi gets associated with a bad person for no reason. So easy to act like it's not a big deal when it's not someone you care about, right?

Because they're in the wrong here? Even if you don't know how the meme is used anyone with skin thicker than a condom would just need a few seconds of context-searching to realize that this is an off-color joke at worst, nothing malicious and certainly nothing worth bullying over.

I've seen drawings of vtubers kicking IRS staff, doing worse things with knives and guns, mutilate body parts, repeat in game quotes with mild language, doing porn, acting completely out of character and a large etcetera. But god forbid depicting them humoristically and cutely throwing a tantrum on a plane because simping hell breaks loose.

Another proof people are in the wrong here and they need to touch some grass. Learn to differ between an avatar act and a person too.

If I'm reading the translations correctly, the transformed version of Utaenai Miku is called Princess Miku, who changes with the restoration of her SEKAI, the Opened Windows SEKAI, so perhaps a new tag would be useful for illustrations that include her in this state.

Is this information from the magazine? I'm only seeing her referred to as "Opened Windows SEKAI Miku"

No, I think I've only seen it in a single tweet that shows her full profile. Honestly, it might be unreliable. Perhaps adding "(opened)" to her name will suffice
