The artist said on twitter that the logo implies the MS is being piloted by a Monk so probably yes

I wonder whether the artist sneaked here Patlabor reference, the overall paint scheme reminds me of Ingrams in their reactive loadout.

This works so well and is sweet since it has been hinted maybe Agatha and Bertha are related because of their similar names and appearance.
