For context, the Mile Championship (no, not the Nanbu Hai) is usually held in Kyoto, but from 2020-22 the race track was going through renovation, so the race went to Hanshin instead.

Make no mistake, the artist who drew this did not do so out of love for Mario. They did it to increase the humiliation, emasculation and disgrace Mario suffered at the end of Odyssey. A cruel mockery of the ending Odyssey should have been given; this is the infected wound being rubbed with feces and with piss and with vinegar. Evil!
