This appears to be a continuation of an illustration by amikoiiko based on a scenario by dingdanggu. amikoiiko either regularly wipes their account or selectively deletes a significant swath of their art once a certain amount of time has passed. The originating piece that lead to this was seemingly mirrored nowhere else online before its removal.

Anyway, @Hole18, don't try to translate English translations into Japanese, especially when the Japanese text is right in front of you. She said "aa," not "hai hai." Even people with minimal knowledge of hirigana would be able to see that is wrong.
