You should be fine. It would only be an issue if you are trying to cheat the upload limit or cast multiple votes, but since you lost the first account, you won't need to worry about that. See topic #26800.

This was made to honor the memory of Takeshi Shudo, who died in 2010 and was responsible for writing many of the Pokรฉmon animeโs early episodes, as well as the first three movies. He was a part of my childhood, even if I never knew it until years after his untimely passing.
