Year by year, day by day, all the voices that defined the generations are slowly falling silent. With each passing the world loses a little more of what made it feel so bright.
Oda Eiichiro: It is too early. The hole is too big. Sadness washes over me when I think that I will never see him again. I have admired him so much since I was a child, so I remember the day he called me by name for the first time. On the way home from the day you used the word "friend" for me and Kishimoto, I remember being overjoyed with Kishimoto. I also remember the last conversation we had. I was one of those who took the baton from the days when reading manga made you a fool, and he also created an era when both adults and children could enjoy reading manga. He showed us the dream that manga can go worldwide. It was like watching a hero going forward. For not only mangakas but also creators in various industries, the excitement and emotion of the time of Dragon Ball serialization must have taken root in their childhood. His existence is like a big tree. For the manga artists of our generation who stood on the same stage, Toriyama's works became more and more important to me as I got closer to the same stage. I even felt being scary. But I am just happy to see the aloof man himself again. Because we love him on a blood level. With respect and gratitude for the creative world he has left behind. I pray for his soulful rest in peace. May heaven be the joyous world he envisioned.

Penguin Keeper: "I am the fastest Penguin alive!" Critical Penguin: "You are not a Penguin, you are a human and you are cheating with that skateboard in this sliding challenge. This is worse than Mario using the secret tunnel in hi Penguin-Sliding race."
I recognize most from the right side of the illustration. It should be Dahlia Rossetti from Dahlia in Bloom and Zeros Merlin (Osako Satoshi) from Arafoo Kenja no Isekai Seikatsu Nikki. There's also the Healer MC that I don't remember the name but I remember it is said that it is the wrong way of using healing or something in this direction.
There''s man and girl from the left, I don't remember of seeing nor read their source. Does anyone know these two character since I have an idea where I saw the illustration character on the background that I plan to read to know its background story.
A tag for Wendelin von Benno Baumeister from Hachi-nan tte, Sore wa Nai Deshou should have existed if there's one.

Added tags for Dahliah Rossetti, Victoria Seller from Tefuda ga Oome no Victoria (the girl front left), Nick from Ningenfushin Boukensha-taschi ga Sekai wo Sukuu you desu (boy far background, right) and that guy with the super long name you mentioned last.
There's also Azuma Hiroshi from Fairy Tale Chronicles (man background far left, behind Victoria Sellers), but there's no tag for him and his series yet.
Thanks @Levander for translating this manga! I found it a very interesting character study.
Glad you liked it!
I was a bit confused for a moment when I first saw it, because part of the premise was actually very, very similar to poprication's Liar's Paradox. But this book turns out to be the older of the two.
