I suspect it should be Baizhi, Male Rover and Female Rover. Even as much as I recognise and know the Wuthering Waves cast very well, there are some degrees of sketch/minimalism that I can't identify like this one. It's not too different from the U.S. dubs of Machgogogo (Speed Racer) changing people's names, or Robotech. There's also Gatchaman being renamed "Battle of the Planets" to supposedly appeal to Star Wars fans, even though Gatchaman was ironically quite older than Star Wars.
