This isn't Deviantart, for starters.
Danbooru is a place where user uploads pieces of art they found on the internet, and there's very small amount of the user that doubles as the artist so there's close to zero chance your comment going to be read.

Do follow the 'source' link on the lower left side to contact the artist.

Sadly, I don't think this will get as big on Danbooru as a pool regarding a very specific fluffy-twin-tailed CVL...
