Historically a lot of Japanese samurai (and other members of the bushi/warrior class) were huge fans of firearms. Japanese media and jidaigeki flicks often also have guns if the era is historically appropriate (anything set in the Sengoku era will have at least one character whose shtick is "gunslinger" if the cast herd is big enough) . Meanwhile...
*Stares at The Last Samurai and all the Western media portraying samurai viewing guns as dishonorable*
Nobunaga in particular was a huge fan of guns and pioneered the use of massed 'muskets' in Japanese warfare (he's not the first adopter, but the one most famous for it in Japanese history). Totally whupped the asses of the Takeda's expensive cavalry with them. So fictional depictions of Nobunaga will often show him using guns (or commanding musketeers) because that's what the historical figure was well known for (among other things).

Fate Nobu's Abilities involve a gatling gun and lines of muskets so this is accurate on that front aswell lol
Design is very vaguely familiar. Isn't it one of the Overlords from Makai Kingdom? The one who is like three monsters but two of them bully the main one?

Haven't played Makai Kingdom in years, do you mean valvoga (phantom kingdom)? It's vaguely similar, but apparently the demon Cerberus summoned is actually Bathin

You're right. The comic dialogue is 100% a reference to that. The TN in the commentary was specifically for the commentary. Looks like the artist made two different references.
So she tried to get Jo'on to stop gambling and buy food and drinks, but Jo'on just threatened to sick Shion on the place. And gambling with Jo'on is just making it so no one else has money to buy food and drinks either.
So the place is ruined anyways... so how much of a threat is that anymore? Time to toss her out.
She'll have to wait in line. Mamizou's already here, and Yuugi is already hunting for her and will probably be by soon. And if not them, Byakuren will drag her back to the temple as soon as she hears.
I wonder why some Danbooru approvers don't seem to give this 4koma series a pass.
It used to get verified quite quickly, but nowadays it struggles to get verified within 10 days. I still don't know what changed for the verifiers to no longer care about this series.

Especially since this is arguably one of the longest running series that gets uploaded to Danbooru. You’d think most of the verifiers would at least keep approving it through inertia if nothing else.
