ears down
Animal ears which would normally point upward at rest but are turned into a downward posture. Generally indicative of sadness, dismay, timidity, etc.
See droopy ears for ears naturally pointed downwards.
See single ear down if only one ear is pointed downwards.
Use floppy ears if the ears are flat against the head.
