The block of text in the lower right of the third panel is the same as what's in the fourth panel (the notebooks are meant to be read from left to right). I included a note to make it more clear.
Also, notice in the first panel how Sakura's handwriting and use of Kanji improves with each volume.
So basically they're left nameless and are generically referred as just the "Makai Residents". I'll name them "Pixie" and "Demonica" instead (like how I name the jacket girl "Jackie" and the label girl "Labelle").
I have no idea too. No one of minor characters on Touhou wiki seems to have similar design.

Never in my life I would've guessed that because I don't read Touhou printworks. Yeah, I've said it. Big deal that I'm not into any of that, any of the games or any of its music either.
Anyway about the "rainy fairy", I'd like to give her a name. "Drizzle" or "Dewdrop" sounds fittingly cute.
Yep it's a super late Halloween post upload that i only saw now and I like this character even more than I already did for doing this
Normally the character is depicted with prosthetic robot legs; I assume the wolf legs are covering those. Should that be tagged at all? Or should we not assume?
In defense of the Clumsy Nun, this is not her fault, but deceptive marketing created by the corporation she works for, in order to obtain more clients based on lies.
