The EMR (Единая маскировочная расцветка (ЕМР), "Universal Camouflage Colourway") is a camouflage pattern adopted by the RussianArmed Forces since 2008. The design took influence by the Flecktarn and features small pixels. Also known unofficially as the RUSPAT, Tsifra or Digital Flora.
