Found this post while writing up issue #5744 to request Skima bookmarklet support - since then the artist has deleted the adoptable listing for this design, so unfortunately I don't know the artist is since I didn't make an artist page or log any of their other works. On the upside, this has led to the discovery that Skima direct links remain accessible even if the post is deleted.
I've been trying to find this image's owner for days now. It doesn't exist on any of the booru sites and I cannot find any mention of an artist.
