OK, I bought this one from DLSite. Summary: Kyouko, attempting to follow Mamizou, meets Hieda no Akyuu and Kosuzu Motoori. And gets carted off to school once or twice by Keine.
Notable bits: No less than four different instances of someone getting carried or piggy-backed, for maximum exploitation of the travel-sized Touhous of this series. A few callbacks to Kyouko's trip to the Scarlet Devil Mansion's library (sadly they recycle the same joke twice). A dream sequence with an exceedingly floofy tanuki. Kyouko getting progressively more embarrassed until she gets *mad*. Good doggie ear skritches.
