NU link means a novel updates link for a novel (for e.g. https://www.novelupdates.com/series/deep-sea-embers/). I couldn't find one for this series so you can skip it since the format says to only add it if it's available

Something like it. In the manga, fairies tend to visit her shrine quite often and seeing how they continue to visit whenever they have time, I'm sure that they're planning to crown her at some point. She does have some competition for that title though as Yuuka is quite well known for taking care of a massive number of fairies in her flower fields.
