Couldn't find Rumia, Rinnosuke, Tokiko, Suika, Aya, Satori, Kokoro, Nemuno and Chiyari provided it contains all Windows era touhou characters. The Wakatsuki sisters are confirmed to not be present
Edit - The artist said on twitter that they forgot to add Aya and Chiyari and they didn't know Tokiko at all.

I found Rinnosuke, left most spot in the human village. It appears Rumia is mistaken for Medicine, however, not sure where Medicine is. Someone seems to be between Yuuji and Utsuho, someone between Futo and Ringo, not sure who else I see. It looks like there's two faces in the south forest making a > < and ^ ^ by Mamizou, but it's hard to say if those are anyone or just the shading (though nothing looks like that shading wise around it). Someone behind Momoji, or perhaps that is Momoji and someone in front of her is mistaken for her? I see ears on the unmarked of the two. Someone unmarked above Momoyo as well.

Fixed the note for Rumia. I am guessing the girl between Futo and Seiran must be Medicine then

I think those shapes under Mamizou are supposed to be ears of the other tanuki and the character behind Momiji is an unnamed wolf tengu. You can also see some other kappa in the river next to Nitori.
fun fact, unlike humans, chickens doesn't find cannibalism as something gruesome or hideous
We humans have a risk of getting prion disease every time we eat someone of our own species. It is incurable, horrible beyond measures and not a single person in the world wants to go out the way a prion disease will do to you.

That risk is practically nonexistent. Humans don't naturally contain prions and, aside from the extremely rare chance of developing it spontaneously, the only way to contract it is to consume meat that already has them.
The societal aversion to cannibalism has nothing to do with prions.
The only reason the average person even knows about them, the Fore people, practiced cannibalism for most of their history and didn't have prions until the 1900s.

so you're telling me the problem with cannibalism in our society is getting food poison and not the moral implications that come with taking a human life?

They could have died from natural causes, just gotta prep it while its fresh

Ngl if you really think about it if we practiced cannibalism we would not only solve world hunger, but also overpopulation and reduce deforestation massively as we wouldn’t have to chop down rainforests for farms.
Also we slaughter hundreds of millions of animals a day not just for food but for our clothes and we also inflict immense suffering on animals such as literally raping cows just to make milk. Cannibalism might inflict less suffering than factory farming, and would help us stop factory farming as we will not be eating as much animal meat.
Maybe I am tripping a bit, but do artists portray adult Shiroko's halo in a healthier and healthier state? I remember early art of her where the halo is quite broken, while in recent art it only has some minor cracks or pieces broken off?
Is her halo healing in game or? (I don't play BA.)

If you play the game, yes she did recover and met sensei. Her halo was also fixed the moment we met her again after the fight
Clumsy Nun: "Does any of you have any idea what noise she could mean?" Froggy Nun: "Probably the cars outside, so much traffic in the city makes a lot of noise."
