Kousei probably meant not following with Akyuu being angelic, but i just realized that Akyuu asked Hecatia to make her a messenger, which could also be why she wouldn't exactly follow.
Being direct messengers and agents of gods, Clownpiece and Reisen for example are technically angels.
For context, when BRS/Empress first met Dead Master in the Dawn Fall anime, she said her horns were cool and reminded her of the antlers on deer she saw in the forest one time.

I was at a government owned ranch the other day. Did the same thing with a very friendly filly. Almost got bitten by her and she wasn't really trying to bite. Bet it was ticklish though :DogeKek:
