Is this really Akanegakubo Momo? The name "Akanegakubo-chan" (茜ヶ久保ちゃん) is in the commentary, but this looks nothing like her.

It’s not. The author replied to the tweet with a quote tweet of the comic she’s from. Her full name is Akanegakubo Umiri (茜ヶ久保うみり) and she's from his oneshot comic あいあいは愛されている (Ai Ai wa Aisareteiru) featured in Comic Beam's November 2024 issue.
