This is a reference to the British cop comedy/deconstruction *and* reconstruction of cop film tropes Hot Fuzz, more specifically when Angel gears up (and yes, that includes the dual shotguns over the back) and the reconstruction starts up.

...Also, *GOOD FUCKING GOD THAT POOR GUN*

it's like a Martini Henry had a deformed child with a FAL (or a L1A1 to be more regionally accurate I suppose)

THE GUN... NO!!!!!!!!!!! THAT THING LOOKS LIKE IT WILL EXPLODE ON FIRST SHOT, WHY IS THE SHELL EJECTION TILTED UPWARDS!? THE BARREL IS TILTED DOWN FROM THAT, WHY ARE YOU MAKING THE GUN SUFFER!?!??!?!?!?!??!?!?!??!?!?!??!? IT WILL PROBABLY BREAK WITHIN THREE MAGAZINES

The FAL looks like it's been turned into a mag-fed 870 MCS, considering the tilted magazine (FALs usually have them straight) and the downward-pointing stock.

Considering she already has 2 shotguns and enough 12 gauge to thoroughly clean a high-rise, I consider this to be overkill.

I'm not familiar with CSM, so I don't know which characters are being parodied here on this manga sequence.

This is the same as saying I have never seen insert any show, I don't know what's the story

Look at the tag history. The uploader was basically saying they couldn't tag the characters being parodied. That's why they tagged it with character request. Other users added the correct character tags and the issue was resolved a month ago.

Ah, he is the uploader, I understand.
