Ok so,, i think this is hanfu and not kimono so ill give a quick reasoning as to why so it doesn't seem like vandalism.
Shes holding a tuanshan, Chinese style fan, which can be an indication. Shes also wearing a short sleeved top not similar to a japanese haori, much better aligned with a banbi. The peek of a bow almost makes me think it might be korean. But thats a bit too vague. The sleeves seem to be closed except for a smaller hole for the hand, which is congruent with a lot of hanfu styles, less so Japanese. This artist has previously drawn a lot of hanfu too (https://danbooru.donmai.us/posts/6108824) so I dont think its a stretch.
