A quick Google Translate shows that Warspite's cosplay caught Valiant off guard and caused her to worry about creeps but Warspite responded, "Ah... it's okay, the admiral's with me," which only made Valiant's imagination about the admiral go buck wild. The last part is a result of either Rodney or Warspite claiming that he's out on a mission right now which causes Valiant to think that "he's" actually some kind of commando shipgirl.
I get that namesake tag, but namesake while voice actor connection at the same time surprise me.
Iguchi Yuka had been providing voice lines for Kaga ever since Kayano Ai was removed from the project (due to a controversial Yasukuni visit). The original Kayano Ai voices are still there in-game, it's just that Yuka's lines apply mostly to newer lines released after the seiyuu replacement.
I wasn't able to find the original, full-res and unedited version of this gif since it's been reposted so many times, but I wanted to document choko as the artist it originated from.
Can't find a high-res scan of this postcard without the watermark, unfortunately. Though there is a lower res, slightly different version on the artist's Note, I'll upload that version as well. I didn't notice the URL watermark until after uploading, honestly :P
