They do and the style does look similar to the one in the game, but this doesn't necessarily mean that it is his art. I just find it odd that nero augustus isn't mentioned in the credits (unless he is and I just can't find it/ read it). I mean there is also this post which as far as I know is also art from the game and I'm not sure if the person mentioned as artist, is the artist behind this animation.
I cannot determine who the girl in the middle is in the last frame. Given the context, I don't think it's the fem. builder, but I can't think of who else it could be that looks like that outside of the Princess of Moonbrook.
The Talking Flowers are speaking in Mandarin Chinese, but Koharu, not knowing this, believes that they are saying "penis". No wonder she's so freaked out.
