I honestly dislike the trend of gacha games getting collabs outside of their own IP or even big IP gachas getting collabs outside of their own IP. I just find crossovers between different universes kind of disgusting.

That's a lie and a half. Everyone has a favorite crossover of different universes. For example: Jimmy Timmy power hour, super smash bros, DragonBall Zenoverse (Gt and non canon movies are separate universes), Sonic all stars racing transformed, skylanders (Spyro, Cinder, Crash, Bowser, DK), Disney infinite, Lego dimensions, the lego movie, marvel vs capcom, marvel and DC, J-stars, Mario and Sonic at the Olympic games, power rangers vs the TMNT, the upcoming TMNT x Naruto manga, who framed Roger Rabbit. You name it. There's one for everyone you just have to find it

Hell, Marvel's The Avengers and DC's Justice League are crossovers in and of itself, using IPs within the same publishing company. It's the same concept as Nintendo's Super Smash Bros., Shonen Jump's J-Stars, PlayStation's All-Stars Battle Royale, Disney's Infinity, and Nickelodeon's All-Star Brawl.
That's about 167 Touhous I can name and even know by heart.
I want to know the names of the small blonde and pink-haired chick with the black bow between Mugetsu and Shinki, the praying fairy in front of Kotohime and also who's the brunette in a green dress behind Akyu and Rinosuke.
So basically they're left nameless and are generically referred as just the "Makai Residents". I'll name them "Pixie" and "Demonica" instead (like how I name the jacket girl "Jackie" and the label girl "Labelle").
I have no idea too. No one of minor characters on Touhou wiki seems to have similar design.
My best guess is that she's likely the artist's original character (OC).
She's a Tracen alumna like Light Hello and Sonon Elfie and has a doctorate in mechanical engineering with a focus on robotics. She's old enough to be a college professor so she can drink, despite her petite stature.
watch as they implement St. Lite and Shinzan as grade schoolers :DogeKek:
Maybe in a prequel, but I doubt they'd go past the TTG-era when Speed Symboli, someone who'd be Shinzan's kouhai, was explicitly referred to as an alumni in the L'Arc scenario.
So even the ASS club got involved, soon enough sensei will ran out of people that could save him from the mess he made that he has no choice but to contact Gematria just to get his ass out of Kivotos.
I mean, at this point, I expect even the whole of Gematria is seething with jealousy at this situation, well except for Beatrice, but I expect there to be a strip soon with Black Suit flaming with envy. Not to mention Wakamo hasn't shown up and we know how attached she is to sensei.
This looks like a scene from FLCL's episode 6 where Naota has his back turned from the camera while carrying a bass guitar, or at least the background sure looks similar.
