According to the Notes History, @Flan_Scarlet14, last July. They copied over the notes three times. I've just made a few attempts to revert to the last version prior to the copied notes (back in 2015, currently at the top of page 6 of the Notes History), but for some reason, the reversion isn't taking.

Looks like they've been fixed now.

Indeed. Thanks to @Unbreakable for going to the trouble of deleting them, presumably one at a time.

No problem! There weren't too many of them and it's pretty easy to get the rhythm in, so to speak.
