Idk, haven't seen Yorktown around for a while now and the docks are eeriely quiet, probably going to the dorms to check if she and other girls are okay
Iโm a little confused, whatโs the implication with all the rings

They're Promise Rings, effectively marriage rings. You can only give one to a shipgirl, Enty having 5 either means the commander really likes her, or she's crazy and who knows where she got so many from.
While hindsight is 20/20 and Suletta really didn't understand the absurdity of her reaction to the event, it's still a good idea to try and instill some basic human emotion into the new generation, just to be on the safe side you know.

Just you know probably not have the one who lacks it to certain concerning degree be the one to provide the lecture for it.
No, just smash the bastard like a bug, but when you come out of your mobile suit, don't just grin like a idiot who's just spent last 30 minutes inisde her big sister.

Sonic Adventure 2 came out (and ostensibly takes place) in the 90's. It is established that Shadow was in stasis for 50 years prior to the events of the game, which would put his time on the ARK sometime during the 1940's. I wonder what song she's playing.

The original release date was 2001, so early 50s assuming game timeline. Could be Maria's a fan of classic rock and roll.
...buuuuuuut this is also a scene reference to the movie which is contemporary to the 2020s, so that gives us an extra 20-ish years of music to play with. Could be anything!

Yeah, Shadow was released in 2024 in the movie, so it would be during 1974.
Could that be a raggedy ann (series) reference? If I recall correctly, there was a scene in the movie when Ann played the piano for other toys. And gooseworx mentioned in her twitter that Ragatha was heavily inspired by Raggedy Ann.
Too lazy to translate properly but pretty sure what's happening here is that Nobukatsu is introducing himself as Kippoushi's younger brother. And when the other girl excitedly asks if they're twins, he says they're not. So he's sent back over to a first-year classroom :')
I kinda like that Darjeeling just gets associated with Captain Picard lol... Badass calm characters wearing black on the bottom and red at the top. Also: Fancy European :p
So those things in the fourth panel are jizou statues? I didn't upload this because I wasn't sure what they were... and after reading our wiki page on this I have no idea what Alice is even thinking.
That fourth panel does kinda look like the old art style though... probably because of the thicker lines?

I don't know if there's a tag for it, but this definitely is based on that old pic where a toddler tried to wipe the tears from the eyes of a character crying on tv.
These are all based on actual animations from the fighting games. From top-left to bottom-right as of AoCF: 8a, c.5a/4a, f.5a, one of the spellcards, and a victory animation
