A live action Star Wars series starring the titular Mandalorian bounty hunter who first appeared in The Empire Strikes Back and set after the events of Return of the Jedi when Boba suddenly takes over the Tatooine criminal empire that Jabba the Hutt once led.
A spin-off of The Mandalorian, where Boba appears a number of times in its second season, it is also created by Jon Favreau with executive producers including Favreau and Dave Filoni. It debuted on Disney's Disney+ streaming service in December 2021.
