Meaning "True Rising Dragon Fist", a very powerful super combo/ultra combo move used by Ryu and Gouken in the Street Fighter series. It consists of three highly damaging hits, the third launching the victim sky high.

Started in Street Fighter Zero III and later spread to the Capcom vs. games.
