Kantai Collection's personification of the Italian destroyer Scirocco. Character design by Jiji, voiced by Taketatsu Ayana.
She has short black hair with grey gradient ends in two side up and a braid, black eyes, and a mole under her right eye. Her default outfit is the class' uniform: a sleeveless white sailor dress with her real-life hull code, striped red neckerchief with an anchor clip, and rudder footwear.
Her rigging consists of her real-life funnel and foremast to her back, connecting her two 53.3 cm triple torpedo tubes and 120 mm twin gun mounts, paravanes on thigh straps, and her real-life fire control director as a mini hat.
Like several others, she is also a victim of name connection jokes before her full reveal, in her case being associated with Paptimus Scirocco (especially the watermelon bar Waverider Crash reference), Blackwing Sirocco the Dawn, and the Volkswagen Scirocco.
