Kantai Collection's personification of the Italian destroyer Libeccio. Character design by Jiji, voiced by Kitou Akari.
She has long brown hair in twintails, brown eyes and tanned skin. Her default outfit is the class' uniform: a sleeveless white sailor dress with her real-life hull code, striped red neckerchief with an anchor clip, and rudder footwear.
Her rigging consists of her real-life funnel and foremast to her back, connecting her two 53.3 cm triple torpedo tubes and 120 mm twin gun mounts, paravanes on thigh straps, and her real-life fire control director as a mini hat.
She bears some resemblance to Strike Witches' Francesca Lucchini.
Skins
History
In November 1941, she was assigned to cover a convoy bound for Libya when the convoy was attacked. She escaped damage and attempted to pick up survivors of the destroyed convoy but was torpedoed on her stern by a Royal Navy submarine, later sinking under tow. This explains her moderate damage voice lines and repair lines where she doesn't like being hit in the same area.
