savior (eversoul)
The player character and protagonist of Eversoul.
He was once just a normal human from 21st century Earth, until one day, he was suddenly summoned to Eden (an alternate Earth set in the distant future) by the summoning ritual of the Souls Mephistopheles and Queen Yuria to be chosen as the Savior of Souls and the new administrator of the first Ark "Metatron". He holds Dominion over Soul Mastery, allowing him to create mutual contracts with Souls wherein they gain greater power than before in exchange for them assisting him in battles when needed, though his physiological disadvantages as a normal human and his general lack of experience prevents him from fully utilizing his power.
He's currently the only human on the Souls' side of the war against the Gates and also the only "old" human (Homo sapiens) within the setting. He would later become one of two humans aided by Souls in fighting against the predestined apocalypse alongside former enemy and fellow Soul Master Kayrin Faust.
His true role is later revealed to be the Singularity, a special being chosen by the universe to hold the innate ability to defy conventional space-time laws and create branches in time with each choice they confront while also being the telltale sign of their world's imminent apocalypse once certain conditions are met.
Appearance
He is a young human man, presumably in between his late teens to early adulthood, with brown hair and grey eyes. His usual attire mostly follows the same color scheme as Mephi and Yuria, consisting of him wearing a black turtleneck shirt under a white coat with various golden jewelry and a single golden pauldron on his left shoulder, followed by black fingerless elbow gloves, white pants and boots. He's usually seen with a small cane either held by his left hand or strapped to his waist, which he uses both as a blunt weapon and a magic tool for his Soul Master abilities.
His face has only been shown in his in-game portrait, promotional art, and 3D in-game cutscenes. Most CGs that show him usually keep his head out of frame as per his role as a self-insert character.
