Between March and April of 2013, Pixiv held a Tomb Raider contest in collaboration with Square Enix to go along with the release of the 2013 Tomb Raider videogame.

Contest Details

The contest was announced on 2013-03-18 here and ran through 2013-04-15.

Contestants could enter one of two categories:

Lara Croft Category
Entries in this category should feature Tomb Raider’s protagonist, Lara Croft, in their own style. There are no restrictions besides including Lara Croft, however, we recommend featuring a situational or adventurous theme.

Survival Heroine Category
Entries in this category should feature any kind of “survival heroine” theme which could include the heroine adventuring through wastelands and braving the elements of Mother Nature.

Contest Results

The contest results were announced on 2013-04-22 here.

"The Grand Prize winner along with the two runner-ups of each category will be featured on the official Tomb Raider website as wallpaper downloads."
