She has purple medium hair tied up in a wide ponytail with a purple ribbon. She has green eyes, and a small crown rests on her head. Around her neck is blue hood with bear-like ears. She wears a white blouse, a plaid, pleated purple skirt, and a pair of black socks with blue boots. Her rigging is composed of handheld polearm, with her quintuple torpedo tubes and twin turret mounted to her back.

History
In real life, Javelin was the last of eight J-class destroyers, launched in 1938 and commissioned in 1939, in time for the start of hostilities.
She served in the Dunkirk evacuation, capture of Madagascar, and the Malta Convoys. Shortly after VJ Day, a mutiny broke out among sailors over resentment to a return to pre-war conditions (alongside Black Prince, Gangut, and Thueringen, Javelin is among the few ships in-game that historically had mutinies break out aboard).
She was later sold for scrap in 1949.
