ayanami (azur lane)
Azur Lane's personification of the Japanese destroyer Ayanami. Character design by Ootsuki Momiji, voiced by Taichi You.
She is a Japanese/Korean/Taiwan server-only starter ship, being replaced by Z23 in the English and Mainland Chinese servers. She is claimable after obtaining the other three starters.
She has light gray/blonde hair, orange or red eyes, and initially wears a modified schoolgirl uniform and rudder boots, before her remodel switches her to an outfit with miko sleeves, a miniskirt, loafer-type rudder footwear, and zettai ryouiki. Her clothes are short enough to expose her midriff, and, in her retrofit, a fair amount of underboob as well.
Her rigging consists of a single 12.7 cm twin gun mount Type B to her left, a funnel-mast backpack on her back, a searchlight strapped to her belt on the left, and two 61 cm triple torpedo tubes. Upon retrofit, her searchlight and gun mount are remounted to the funnel backpack.
