A Nijiura Maid. Her name comes from hikikomori, the term for social recluses/shut-ins.

She has dull green hair, glasses, and a teal maid uniform. She's often depicted with a tired expression or bags under her eyes and is portrayed as very messy (to the point her master is often drawn wearing a gas mask.) She has a kansai dialect.
