hayasui (kancolle)
Kantai Collection's personification of the Japanese fleet oiler Hayasui. Character design by Konishi, voiced by Nomizu Iori.
She is portrayed with medium-length black hair, grey eyes, and medium breasts. Her default outfit consists of a white track jacket (with a gym shirt underneath), pleated black miniskirt, black kneehighs, and brown loafers.
Her rigging consists of a miniature version of her bow and 12.7 cm single gun mount slung to her left shoulder, a hull-mounted canister to her back, and her real-life flight deck with an aircraft catapult. This is because after the lack of reconnaissance planes was identified as a contributing factor to defeat of the Imperial Japanese Navy at the Battle of Midway, the historical Hayasui had aviation facilities added to her for accompanying the carrier task force.
