Artist y.ssanoha's British admiral. He has a stereotypical Jackie Chan style huge nose, and blond hair. His eyes are always hidden under the shade of his peaked admiral cap, in the rare cases of cap removal, he will either cover his upeer face, or simply let the frame censor him.
A particularly mean spirited chap, likes trolling his shipgirls. HMS Unicorn is one of his constant victims.
