A Japanese comedian. She's well known for her skits about an office lady and her two male coworkers, who often remove their shirts to reveal messages written on their chests or back. The coworkers are designated as Blouson Chiemi "With B" ("B" Standing for "Brilliant"; the boys are known as Brilliant Daiki and Brilliant Kouji).
