She is portrayed with short blonde hair, blue eyes, and large breasts. Her outfit consists of a blue collared shirt, gradient necktie, triangular hairclip, blue skirt, two-tone gloves, chest harnesses, white half-dress with a side slit, black thighhighs, and rudder footwear.
Her base form rig consists of two of her three historical 203 mm triple gun mounts with two aircraft catapults, one of each on each side, held together by a funnel piece to her back, and painted in base grey.
