A servant of the emperor. He took the Hourai Elixir, given to his master by Kaguya hime when she left to return to her home on the moon, to the top of a mountain and burned it as instructed by the emperor. The smoke from the burning still emerges from that mountain, now called Fujiyama In Touhou, he was apparently murdered by Fujiwara no Mokou in order for her to optain the Hourai Elixir so she can one day have her revenge against Houraisan Kaguya.
