Teela (spelled Tee-La in the early minicomics) is the combat skilled and heroic, but reckless, Captain of the Royal Guard at the palace of Eternos and thus responsible for training and protecting Prince Adam of Eternia.
Teela is very smart and serious but also very gentle and honorable, traits inherited from her father, Man-At-Arms.
