She has blue eyes and long blue hair with a short side ponytail. Wears a collared dress with a short sleeves crop top blue serafuku on top with a blue neckerchief and wrist cuffs. Her dress has pouchs, wears white socks and sneakers.
Due to Syuen disguising herself as Shifty in the Campaign story, she is often joked by the community as Syuen.
