The Prime Minister of Begnion in Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance and Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn, and the main antagonist of the latter. Zelgius, a Begnion general and the Black Knight's true identity, has pledged his loyalty to him.
His true identity is Lehran, a Heron who founded Begnion with Altina, with whom the first Branded was born. After the Serenes Forrest Massacre orchestrated by Lekain, he loses faith in humanity and plots their destruction via the Goddess Ashera.
