Sekia Hills was a Japanese racetrack specifically designed for drifting, notable for being one of the main recurring tracks for D1 Grand Prix and being featured in many Japanese drifting videos in the 90s and early 00s.
The track was closed in 2012, and the land it was on has since been converted into a solar energy farm.
