A character from Fire Emblem Heroes introduced in Book VII, who is a Goddess from Vanaheimr who bestows a revelation on the Summoner of Gullveig's ruinous future. Like Fjorm, she is strongly implied to have romantic feelings for the summoner. She also has a poor sense of direction and often gets lost.
She is particularly notorious for asking the summoner to "make a child" with her.
Seidr is also the person who eventually becomes Gullveig, and Kvasir is her past self.
