Berserker-class Servant seen in Fate/Grand Order. A biblical figure who was the daughter of Herod II and Herodias. At a grand banquet, and at her mother's behest, Salome made a request to Herod Antipas; the head of John the Baptist given to her on a platter, which was thus brought to her.
In Fate/Grand Order, she is depicted as a somewhat yandere woman, and her dialogue reveals that she fell in love with John the Baptist, which she says was the reason for her request to "stay" together with him. In fact, the skull that she wields is actually of John the Baptist's with his soul still inside. John treated himself as a half-reluctant mentor who seems to be used to Salome's antics.
